Service Terms
Lifetime Compliance Support — Full Terms
Lifetime Compliance Support is a one-time $1,600 professional service fee covering one legal business entity and one USDOT number identified at purchase. "Lifetime" means the operational life of that USDOT number while it remains under the same legal entity and ownership and while DOT Compliance Specialists continues operating.
What is included: Required MCS-150 biennial updates, annual USDOT record reviews, compliance deadline reminders, priority customer support, and eligible routine company-information updates that can be completed through an MCS-150 filing. Voluntary information changes are limited to four requests during any 12-month period. Required biennial updates remain included without limit.
What is not included: New USDOT or MC number applications, operating-authority applications, authority reinstatement, USDOT reactivation, ownership or EIN changes, transfers to another company or USDOT number, insurance, BOC-3 filings, UCR, IFTA, IRP, Clearinghouse services, drug-and-alcohol programs, state permits, legal or tax advice, fines, penalties, or government fees. Additional services may be purchased separately.
Customer responsibilities: The customer must provide complete and accurate information, maintain current contact information, respond to requests, review filings, and contact us regarding material business changes. Reminder notices are a courtesy and are not a substitute for the customer's responsibility to maintain compliance.
Processing times: Requests are normally reviewed within three to five business days after all required information is received. Government processing times and decisions are outside our control. We do not guarantee government approval, uninterrupted operating status, or any particular regulatory outcome.
Non-transferability and termination: The service is not transferable and ends if the business is sold, dissolved, changes legal ownership or EIN, receives a new USDOT number, or stops operating. It also ends if DOT Compliance Specialists permanently ceases business operations.
Refunds: Refunds follow our published Refund Policy. A cancellation may qualify for a refund only before onboarding, account review, monitoring, filing preparation, or other work begins. Once work begins, the Lifetime Compliance Support fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
Suspension and termination: We may suspend service when required information is missing or terminate service for fraudulent information, unlawful requests, abuse, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms.
Pricing: Our listed price is a professional service fee. Any applicable government fee will be clearly disclosed separately before payment.
